Matthew Addison

Matthew has been singing from the age of nine when he joined Hornsea Amateur Theatre Group, and performed many lead roles in several theatre productions. By the age of 12 he was gaining a standing ovation from a packed house of over a 1000 of his peers when he sang his rendition of “Empty Chairs and Empty Tables” at the “N.O.D.A.” (National Amateurs Association) National Conference.It was at this moment Matthew was bitten by 'the bug' for entertaining and knew this was going to be his profession.Having studied different musical genres and discovering he had a love for the 'Swing Kings', Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett, Matthew started entering local talent competitions which is how he came to be noticed by The McLeod Agency when he won the Hull Daily Mail Talent Trail in 2002. From September 2003, Matthew has been working extensively throughout the UK, performing for some of the top Corporate Companies, including:
• BP Chemicals
• Hull FC
• P & O FerriesMatthew is very sought after by local restaurants, Cruise Ships and private parties. With his good looks, cheeky personality and professional attitude Matthew is certainly here to stay.
